it depends on what materials you have at home. If you have dumbbells then I would would work out every other day and do shoulder press, dumbbell swings, push ups, sit ups and thrusters.
go one day pyramid 1 rep to 5 reps or 1 rep to 10 reps depending on your fitness level. you should do this for 5 to 10 minutes for one round of 1 rep to 5 reps (or 1 rep to 10 reps). Then take a 1-2 minute break and then go back down. This should take you anywhere from 12 to 22 minutes.
If you have no weights and just a floor then do air squats, sit ups, and push ups but do 5,10,15 reps all in a row. it is like a pyramid but a fixed pyramid so go 5,10,15 then take a 2 minute break. Finally go down 15,10,5. hope this helps This really helped me I lost 10 pounds in 2 months
Jogging is a good way to loose weight without spending money.
Aerobics are also good… Just do jumping jacks, grapevines, side steps, jogging in place, etc., just keep moving.
I like using wii fitness games to give me some guidance, but you could probably make up your own routines if you’re disciplined enough to keep up with it.

Pushups as many as you can. And as many situps as you can for 3 sets that should be good. And go for a run do that five times a week.
