    if you dance teacher told you, why dont you ask her to suggest something? Stretches, etc. that would be better for you as a dancer.

    try yoga. or push – ups, crunches, sit ups, jumping jacks. Nothing too tough. Make sure you are not killing yourself. You can also try dancing classes or dancing at home to a really good song.

    DDR, if you have a playstation 2. The game costs about 40$, the mat about 20$

    it’s a great cardio work out, and you can play on workout mode, and it will tell you how many miles you run, how many calories your burning and everything.

    pushups, crunches of all kindas, squats, running or even walking for 30-1 hour everydayy

    Depends on what kind of area you live in, If you live in a nice place where the chances of getting mugged are low then you should go jogging or something
